By participating in any training, programs, classes, sessions or events, you agree that you do not have a contradictory medical condition or injury that might prohibit physical activity, you also agree that you are not under the care of a physician who has advised you not to participate in personal training exercises. You agree to terminate activity if you develop a medical contradiction or prohibitive injury.  

By using this site you agree to the following:

No refunds are given for training sessions once they have begun unless unforeseen conditions cause the trainer to cancel. Rescheduling must occur 24hrs before scheduled sessions.
